JG just can’t play good

Why do you say that? Just because he will be in his 5th year means he is the best to take us to a big season? Does talent not matter? Does IQ not matter? Does decision making not matter? Didn't Pruitt just spend this entire year starting tons of true freshmen and sophomores?

How many freshman started on offense this year?? two ol, ? Not disagreeing just curious of how many started on offense, not meaning had playing time but actually started?

Somehow you claim to know Maurer was recruited to sit the bench. Wish I had the resources you did. Maurer wasn’t great this year, but he wasn’t any worse than JG. The flashes he had were better than JG, and the decisions he made were right on par with JG. I hope HB is the answer early, but if not I think Maurer can beat out JG with an off season. JG has shown his ceiling, and Maurer has not. Either way, JG won’t be leading us next year.
Ignore his BS. He words everything to give himself an out when he is wrong.....

We have started a ton of Freshman the last 2 years, it's never a good thing to have to start inexperienced players in this league, just ask Alabama how it worked out for them as they played 7-10 true Fr on defense this season.

I can say without any hesitation what so ever that JG is the worst starting qb I have ever seen at UT...And I have seen a LOT...He's worse than Jeff Olszewski and Steve Alatorre and AJ Suggs easily...JG has been lucky enough to have the talent and playmakers he does around him and he STILL has underachieved...Not sure why Pruitt sticks with him as the other kids should be out there learning and gaining experience but one series out and he brings him back in...He never gives the backups time to even get a rhythm going so we don't know how they will do later in the games...But we are stuck with him for one more year and hopefully Baily comes in and takes over the spot and then we can begin the resurrection of Tennessee football....Until then drink heavy and hold your breath because its going to be a rough rocky ride.

Hmmm really? Stats should give us a pretty clear indication no?

A statistician went rabbit hunting..... a rabbit jumped out in front of the statistician... the statistician shot once and hit a foot behind the rabbit... he shot again and hit a foot in front of the rabbit... he yelled.... "GOT HIM" !!!

I would say that a miracle has happened. You're the main one, that said EVERY SINGLE game that if JG played we would not win and you were terribly wrong and you continue to double down on the same speculation. I don't have any idea what they would do if given the chance next season, I do know how many games they won for us this year though.

Well I admit I was wrong, dang, hate to have to do that, but I was wrong. But still think our qb play has to improve to take the next step whoever it is.

No, I word everything exactly how I feel about a situation and the experience I may or may not have had with said situations, I have no interest in conspiracy theories like many on this board.

Do you know how many freshman started on offense?? I guess I could look it up but thought you might know.

Your comments about TUAs little bro is a joke.....and by saying very little chance its leaving you an out should someone bring it up later....its pathetic....

Im glad your office receive hundreds of flyers like him and BM cuz ill take shot on a kid that June Jones called his High school just to coach the kid like happened with little TUA...but according to you hes a career back up too..

I think Wright, Morris, Grey, Keyton and Maurer. Maybe one of the other offensive line man but I cannot remember for sure.

Do you know who june jones is??
I have his phone number so yes I do know who June Jones is. He was a coach that recruited mainly speed so that he could run an offense at smaller schools that has been historically good. I would venture to guess that he's never recruited 10 4 and 5 star guys to his programs over the years. He tried to get the same type offense to work in the NFL and lasted about 4 years because his defenses stunk up the joint. He's friends with the Hal Mumme,,Tony Franklin coaching tree. Great coach who does more with less but never enough.

When is he going to play? They have a blue chip QB coming in this season, if his brother returns he'll be 4th string at best next year.

So call him then and ask him his thoughts on little TUA. So he can teach you how to evaluate a QB...cuz your not very good at it....i ask. What service do you work for??

Look it up, I've already gone through all that abuse from several on the board, not interested in doing it again. Why would I call him and ask about Tua's little brother, he's personally coached and mentored hundreds of QBs across the country over the years, little Tua is not the 1st kid he's reached out to help.

Whatever man, I'm sure you can get a good prop bet from Vegas on little Tua going from 3rd string to 1st the next 3 years.

It is very hilarious that you think Tua is guaranteed to never start or see significant playing time in his career at Bama because you have June Jones' phone number......
That's wild.

I think I agree with you in little Tua may not ever play at Bama but he will play somewhere.

That's not why I don't think he'll play. I don't think he'll play because Bryce Young is a bigger, stronger faster better QB than he is. Go to an Alabama board, they don't think he'll play either.

I agree but SEC dl are a different animal when you have to face it 8 times in a season. Alabama plays Ga next season and I think FL in '21, with TN improving and becoming more physical and Bama's schedule the next few years I think it'll be tough for him to stay healthy.

Which is he. Big and stronger. Or too small to stay heathy

Oh. Yea. The one you don't think can stay heathly in the SEC right
I think with his size there is absolutely a chance he'll get injured, it was always their concern with Tua and it'll be the thing with Young to an extent. He's built better than Tua but we won't know if he can handle it until 2 300 lbs SEC dl fall on him.
