My wife and I had the house to ourselves on NYE for the first time in many years..... we were just about to start getting down when the phone rang..... 15 year old wanted us to come get her because her stomach was hurting..... got her home and she started barfing.... wife instituted Andromeda protocols and so far no one else has started..... fingers crossed

Our last game of Vol football for 9 months is tonight. I hope we do well. Would really like to see a "statement" game. At minimum, I hope the team we saw in the last half of the season is the team we see line up tonight.

The new season doesn't start until the first of October? Every other team is going to have a month head start. We're screwed next year.

Thanks. He was 85 and in poor health. I wrote something about it in another thread yesterday. My wife went to check on him and found him dead in the kitchen floor, with water running in the sink and fridge door open. He had no business living alone, but refused every offer to get him to move from his farm. He also refused to use a walker or a cane. He died on his terms.
