no clue, that is the big question mark. hence why Bituli moving on is scary af.
well, i think we've seen that this staff can develop. and HT was in the perfect situation this season to be developed. he's got a high iq, and already knows the defense. i dont' think it's scary. just gonna be different. will there be a drop off? probably...but i don't think it's quite as dire as you think. but in the realm of "we don't know til we know", i get it.

If you eat smaller portions, be sensible and workout often and well, you will be just fine. Tracking food isnt worth the time and energy.
Tried that for years. But I was hungry! It was an ignorance thing. It would be a lot easier now to do what you are talking about than before I set a baseline.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Nieds is gone. Ubben mentioned that this would probably be his final season here because he’s so coveted now. He’ll be offered money and titles that we’ll need to match or exceed.

I think we should pay him whatever it takes to keep him, but it’s not my money.

a usual soph i would agree. i think he's already proven to be "unusual" in that regard. he's got a super football iq, and he's picked up the defense already. a full off season in the s&c etc....i think he'll be fine. that said, i do realize you can't replace DB's experience....past that though, i think HT has everything else you're wanting for that position.
Bituli was instantly impactful as soon as Butch gave up that DE nonsense. He’s a major loss but Eason has many of the same attributes to pair with Toto. And French is a factor at least where depth is concerned.

hate having to go back to that freshman well for such an important piece.

i don't disagree that it's a major loss.

i just think having a guy like HT right behind him softens the blow quite a bit.

and yeah, French, Eason probably are instant help depth wise. i think it's important guys like Crouch and Peterson take a step forward this off season.

all in all, while we get younger in teh LB room, overall i think there's some good talent there.

Shoulda worked harder to keep Shannon Reid? Toto will be that much better after HIS freshman campaign. DGAF how long a player hasn’t been getting it done...play the talent.

difference now is that those freshmen are added depth. not having to be relied upon to start, cause they're STILL the only option. if they see significant playing time at this point, it's going to be because it's the BEST option....not because "have to".

I'm 5'11" and have weighed 225-235 for almost my whole adult life. I started tracking calories, eating little to no breakfast (more coffee less food), and trying to stay within about 2000 calories daily. Also, I've been putting in about an hour on the treadmill each day. Down to 196. And it isn't really that hard. And so what if you have a bad day, just pick back up where you left off.
Bass has like a 98% compliance rate with me. Not even worried

Still don’t think he’s quite as valuable as he’s perceived to be on here. He can be replaced.

I did this exact same thing 5 years ago and lost 60 lbs in 6 months. I stopped drinking cokes, eating desserts, and starting eat more fresh vegetables. It worked for me and I was 38 yrs old.

It wasn't hard tracking calories and our treadmill shows how many calories you've burned. Motivation is the hardest part about losing weight

Dan. Stop asking all the young men at the party if they want to play with your beaver!
He sure looks happy with that dirty gopher he's holding. I bet that poor gopher has seen some things....chilling, disturbing things.

Did you know the last Florida coach liked sharks? I mean really liked sharks. There's some sick people in gainesville. 🤢

*A gopher not a beaver
