Pelosi needs to act now to remove this dictator from office. I heard yesterday form many Dems who said that Trump was a threat to our country's safety and our democracy. How can she sit on this? She needs to act today!

He did it, and then obstructed Congress.

The first phrase of your sentence is devoid of evidence. It is judgement call. The second phrase is historically invalid. He did what many others have done. There is a path outlined which would compel testimony if a court rules it. The democrats chose to not go that route. Politics as usual.

Because it wasn't made under oath (as far as I know). To me, it is likely introduced in the proceedings but it doesn't have any weight. Keep in mind my default position is no one in DC is capable of telling the truth in front of a camera. And only slightly able to tell the truth when the lie is punishable (perjury).
