Wrong again. You can go back to Rachel Maddow now.
Trump gets hell from Debbie Dingell after saying Dem's late husband may be 'looking up' at Michigan rally
You could look at it as one branch (the House) keeping another branch (the Senate) from blatantly shirking their sworn duties.
What do you mean? The repubs have consistently referenced polls showing impeachment is not popular among the "mob" and threateningly warned of repercussions from the "mob" in the next election. You just watched the reason mob rule is dangerous and why pure democracies don’t work .

It seems as if it's the "mob" that is keeping the process in check for your side.
If there is significant backlash at the ballot box, then I doubt partisan impeachment will become the norm. But I tend to agree with your assertion it will be used again.I don’t care about any poll never have . What I do see is a process that was supposed to held in reserve and revered get pushed even closer to it just being a partisan political numbers game . No matter what side you sit on , that can’t be good and will I’m positive be used again in the same manner .
What? The Senate and House constantly negotiate in that very way. It’s not the House’s responsibility to decide if the Senate is doing it’s job . I choose to look at it for what it is , one branch trying to strong arm another and withhold to get what it thinks is correct . You know what the left just impeached the president for .
