The Impeachment Thread

Who's throwing the eggs? The right?

ohnoe.

The amount of people who've bought into the presidents systematic undermining of the checks on his presidency is what is astonishing. He's created boogeymen for his sycophants to fear and hate since day one, he knows as long as they're doing that - they won't have time to pay attention to his bs. Also, did you just drop on me that 'she' wouldn't have had a successful impeachment if the house were controlled by republicans? Gee, I wonder if any one else would have noticed that? Is it also safe to say that the she wouldn't have needed to had trump not tried to extort Zelensky?

The people's representatives have spoken and the President was impeached. Though I don't agree with his action rising to a high crime, I have come to terms with not feeling too bad for Trump since I've never believed he was fit for office to begin with.
There it is. 😂🥴

But the left thinks that’s justified and righteous for one branch ( the House ) to try and keep another branch ( the Senate ) from doing its job ..... as they b!tch and moan about the president ( the Executive branch ) keeping them from “ doing their job “ . You can’t make this sh!t up in a novel . Lol
If she is threatening to hold up on sending to the Senate until they abide by her rules, is that not a quid pro quo? Bribery? Obstructing Congress?

If this didn't, nothing will.

Is there a memo or recording of him saying "they wont get that money until they announce an investigation"?

If so, please present it. Otherwise it is conjecture and assumptions.
I guess you might have to ask the point man, Giuliani. You have been full of conjecture and assumptions today.

Is it possible that those guys just represent the people of their districts? Would they do a better job if they still had the same beliefs but were a different age, color or gender?

They represent that part of their districts that show up at town halls and screech about the things Trumo screeches about. But you have to wonder whether maybe there is a growing number who are unhappy with the way Trump embarrasses them daily.

You could look at it as one branch (the House) keeping another branch (the Senate) from blatantly shirking their sworn duties.
