Most of what beef brings to the table is chewiness rather than flavor. I like a good ribeye or burger every now and again by but and large most of the meat I use in my own cooking comes from a pig.

Bison steaks are pretty fantastic if you've got a butcher nearby that deals in them.

Pork tenderloin is the most underrated meat, plus it’s really economical in bulk.

I was up by 24 points in my fantasy football semifinals and didn’t have anyone playing last night while my opponent had Marlon Mack to go along with Alvin Kamara and Jared Cook knowing all along that Brees was going for the record. I figured I’d be toast in the first quarter but somehow managed to win by 7.80 points. Thank you Based Brees for sparing me from losing on my birthday weekend by using your other weapons this week! I actually feel good moving forward now after Jameis Winston outdueled Mahomes by a pretty wide margin and I still somehow managed to advance to the finals.

Agreed, it brings back nightmares from the Dan Uggla extension but I'd be lying if I said I'm not worried about who our third baseman is going to be.

More than just Inciarte, Wright, and Contreras. The Rockies should want 3 or 4 good prospects from us in exchange for Arenado + Blackmon, and that'd be too much to give up. Arenado is .265/.323/.476 away from Coors, .324/.380/.615 at Coors.
