I have a special needs granddaughter, but am also an engineer...a group known for being poor judges of such things. Chip design: easy. People: hard.
I have a pretty good BS meter..some of the worst troubles I have been in were usually because I went over my feelings on people.

Noticed a ring on his finger in that vid. Wonder who's the lucky ahem poor soul who said yes to that toole.
His wife is a nurse, I do believe. He does have a son, and they are happily married. There is videos showing that they do stuff together, and she has even been in the garage a bunch of times with him.

I wish I were better, but I'm at least aware of it now. I have a theory that many of us that excel in technical disciplines are sub-clinically autistic ourselves. Not on the spectrum, but not much daylight between us and it.

I get that, my dad had a good friend for 50+ years that was like you are describing, but I do believe he was an undiagnosed autistic or asbergers. He was a very odd guy, but he loved my dad to death in his way.

Why? I'd honestly rather him go Miami or anybody we don't have to play every year.
Miami, nor anyone else, was mentioned in the OP.

Rather it be Bama just to stick it to UGA. Still hate Bama more; but, over the last few yrs, UGA has been giving them a run for their money for my hate.
