Interesting fact about mono. I think everyone knows that if you get mono, you have the virus forever, just in a dormant state. The Epstein-Barr virus is the one responsible for mono.
The EB virus can be "reactivated" by the flu shot in certain circumstances. You won't get mono or symptoms, but you can transmit it to someone who has not had it.
