What makes y'all think that Harrison Bailey

What is your genius take on the following stat?

Now that I’ve thought about your stat that you dig out of the bottom of the abyss my “genius” kicked in and the word “interceptable” only means that there were defenders in the area. Which would mean that he’s atop of the SEC in tight window completion %? 🤔. Ouch.... that’s gotta hurt

Nope, he's number 1 in that one.

Which means he must lead the SEC in tight window completion % because when he’s thrown TO A RECEIVER he’s hit his mark much more often than he’s missed. Thank you for finally giving the kid a compliment on his ball placement skills!

LoL, if you think throwing "interceptable" passes at more than double the league average and having your name beside the likes of 1. Wallace 17.9% 3. Smith 13.9% 4. Stevens 11.5% 5. Starkel 10.5% 6. Plumlee 9.62% 7. Shrader 9.4% 8. Neal 8.29% 9. Hicks 8.05% 10. Powell 7.84% is a good thing then no point in you and I discussing QB play, that's the worst spin you've ever tried.

InterceptABLE doesn’t mean interceptED. That means even though he’s throwing into coverage (which he will get better with time) his ball placement skills (which is an actual thing) are among the best in the SEC. I understand you meant it as an insult to him but guess what homeboy...... it backfired

This spring is the next football year Lol.
No, this spring is a period of time during the next football year Lol. Kind of like tomorrow is at at a different time in the year than this coming New Year's Eve. I can play your middle school games all day long if you'd like. Why don't you tell us all whose QB room is going to be better than ours come spring practice, and then please tell us all why it's such a bad thing for a Vol fan to be encouraged about the QB position group.

You'd think his name would be on this list as accurate as he is.

Wrong and complete nonseical post. The 2020 Spring practices are the first series of practices for the 2020 football season. I am encouraged by the Qb roster for the 2020 season with the practice season starting this SPRING and hope it will turn out to be the best group. To say it will be the best or one of the best at this point is just fan bias.

Pay attention to your own arguments. You think he had 70 attempts? Because truthfully I don’t think he did. And second.....his name could very well be on that list if he did have 70 attempts had he not gotten thrown to the wolves vs Florida. But keep doubting him. He’s made his career proving people wrong and there’s not a doubt in my mind that given the opportunity he’ll make you eat your words too. But keep that same energy when he does.

Wont redshirt? It's hard for me to believe that he would unseat JG preseason and if JG doesn't regress again, at all. Then you have Hill who has experience and Maurer who has enough experience and shown flashes. Is HB supposed to be that awesome right out of the gate?
Wouldn't it make sense for CJP to plan to redshirt him if he's behind JG but equal to the others and next year he only has Maurer to worry about? Maurer could transfer anyway.
Just want yalls thoughts who think HB will be at least the #2 guy. (And I'll understand if this gets moved to the similar QB thread going on)

None of our QBs are very good to be honest. Bailey will have a good chance to prove himself capable to being the starter

Wrong, you made a big joke about it, now you say just fan bias. Nothing wrong with fan bias and certainly nothing right with throwing shade on those that have it.

1st statement is accurate. It is fan bias that would state we have the best Qb’s in the SEC for next year. We have 3 Qb’s with two unproven and a 3 year starter who has just a handful of Quality starts to show for it. As far as throwing shade , you have been doing that efficiently at others who have a different opinion than you.

They had more than a fair shot.
I agree that BM got a fair shot but not Shrout as far as PT. I think where people are feeling like neither were given a fair shot is because it was obvious that Pruitt was just waiting for BM to fail so he go back to JG without having to explain. That’s what feels unfair. Although what some seem to be forgetting is JG didn’t “take” the job back from Maurer but rather Maurers injury reopened the door.

I don't throw it at all 1st and I won't lay off once someone starts it either.
