If most teams fly there anyway, is there a big difference for a few hours extra flight?

Point being it is dang near home field advantage for UGA & Auburn every time. Long-term advantage to UGA. Hard pass.
I was talking more for fans than teams for flying to game. The teams charter flights.

A strong finish, coaching changes, other schools filling up and guys thinking they should look around are giving us opportunities to upgrade. Some guys we thought would be in this class won't have a spot. Not a bad thing.

Are we handing out offers, but they aren't good or official? I remember some point around July-Sept (can't remember exact date) when I thought schools mailed out more official offers(?) that they tended to stick to. There was a big hubbub from a GA hs coach talking about how these were the real offers. Could you give some clarification on all that? Are there unofficial offers and official offers? I've typically understood all offers up until the actual signing of a NLI as potentially revocable. Therefore we wouldn't be breaking any official rules by telling some guys their verbal commitment was no good.
