Will this really happen? Some were predicting fantastical finishes a month ago, then Hardy doesn't commit here, BJO decommits, and we get an 86 DE and 84 OG.

Really hope we finish with the top guys on our board, but this cycle hasn't inspired that sort of confidence just yet.

I could get behind them rotating between a few nice venues across the south. Atlanta, New Orleans, Tampa bay, and maybe Nashville

Well, he probably will. Folks don’t have to like it. There are a lot of people at FSU who are high on Pruitt. He impressed a lot of people in his one year there. People in their administration, fans, former players, etc. I don’t think it’s all that likely but if they get down their list a little I wouldn’t be surprised a bit if he gets a call.

and you very well may be right but when I saw that statement, all I could think of was 'Oh hell no, I am on a high with Pruitt plus staff and the direction We are headed and I don't do well coming down this fast from a high :confused:

Thinking the same. Kinda bummed. We gotta dig out of this talent hole sooner rather than later.

It was a genuine question. Some people saw Atlanta’s post and ran with it as if it means it’s something big in a positive way. Not really how I took it.

No reason to come down from anything. Hey, I’m feeling good right now with where I sense this program is headed. But let’s stay grounded a little here. FSU people like the guy...a lot.

You'd need to fly through Atlanta to get to any of those places pretty much. Atlanta also has 7th most hotel rooms in the country. Pretty short drive for every school too.

If most teams fly there anyway, is there a big difference for a few hours extra flight?

Point being it is dang near home field advantage for UGA & Auburn every time. Long-term advantage to UGA. Hard pass.

Agree. And if it takes the steady climb - win more, draw in more talent, repeat.. Then so be it.

We didn't get into this mess in just a couple of years and we're probably not getting out of it that quickly.
