Man just look what this board is turning into. Its getting like a cult of haters. They fooled me. I even thought some of them had a family. You know one with a wife and kids. I mean what kind of people with wife's and kids do this kind of stuff. It's like they are all from the projects. Slam you in a second if you disagree with them.

They used to be a pretty good bunch but almost all of them have turned sour. Wanting to punch people in the face ect. Actually this board doesn't belong to them. If there was shame anymore some of them would straighten up. I don't know how you can be a parent and come on a msg board and say some of these things.

I guess that is why some have left. They talk about the FF but this board is getting way worse than that.
FF board is way better than this place.

Imagine some of these people at a middle school ball game and things didn't go their kids way. SPORTMANSHIP. I think some of these posters have ran the good ones off. At least the ones who couldn't stand the language and hate dished out.

We really would have had to give him a little time lest we turn the job into a revolving door. Papa Phil's choice was of the utmost importance. I think he hit a home run.

Yeah, hire anyone and you have to give them a fair shot. If they're incapable, there's always a time when they prove such beyond doubt.

Bearwallow is right that some hang on too long but those on the Jones train during his last year were rare. But I begrudge no one for supporting their coach until it's irrefutable.

Hard to say. Bartoo doesn't go by Vegas, but recruited talent and field advantage as to if you should have won or lost and how much a coach effects things. It's pretty crude. I'd guess Pruitt got a +1 for Auburn last year, but a -1 vs Vandy. I'd guess he also received -2 this year for the first 2. Since then, I'm not sure he would get any +1s.

Sort of harsh at UT in a way, few opportunities for plusses (uf, uga, bama, and maybe usc on the road), but plenty of opportunties to lose to teams that can't recruit within 15 spots of us. But also tells us 8-4 should really be our longer term floor with a good coach.

This was in response to a post that said Vandy is the first SEC game we've been favored in all year. That's why I wondered.
