Those limits on government power exist when the accused faces jail time at the hands of the government. This isn’t that. This isn’t a criminal trial. The president is immune from criminal trial. That was a big deal a few months ago.

Even if it were, you guys are misunderstanding the confrontation clause. There’s no rule saying the whistleblower would have to be called in a criminal trial either.

She did all these things but we decline to prosecute. He essentially spoke for the AG because she was compromised after the meeting with Bill. Ever hear her say word one on the matter after Comey usurped her role as prosecutor? You didn't find any of that unusual or remarkable? I know you found it forgettable.

Comey said their investigation found that she did violate laws. He hung his refusal to prosecute on "intent" even though some of the statutes violated do not require "intent". We are all "whatevers" even though others have been prosecuted for less and convicted for violating the same statutes.

The hypocrisy is in the unequal enforcement of the law. But American Justice has a different set of scales for the the rich, powerful and politically connected on both sides of the aisle, not just Clinton. So there was no rioting in the streets. SSDD.

Then take out the presumption of guilt. They had evidence she had committed the acts of which she was accused, but despite having that evidence, they chose not to move forward. Hillary's case was blocked from ever reaching the point of a determination of guilt or innocence, despite evidence supporting wrong doing.

She wasn’t the president. What physical evidence do you have that Trump committed anything? It’s all hearsay. How may times did the dim witness prognosticators coin the term “I believe....”? It’s all about feelz.

You call that interview of Hillary by the FBI the same Trump would receive? You need to look into that a bit deeper. There were a lot of "unusal" circumstances to that questioning session and way outside of the FBI's own protocol.

I never said they were. When they investigate and find wrongdoing it usually goes to a court of law but in a certain case they found wrongdoing and said that it wouldn’t. Why did they have that authority then?
