Damn you Trump.Damn finding employees is a biatch right now. Opening a new restaurant and am starting kitchen folks out at $14 an hour. Short staffed when we opened. Bumped to $16 and still struggling. So now the ones I do have are dropping off bc of their work load. Feeding 1,500 a day is exhausting so I get it. But hell no one is applying. I am paying $4 more per hour then my competition. This is the tightest job market I have ever seen.
So I got three more of them delivered today. Just missing the Death Star it’s due in a week. Wasn’t a Prime purchase. So we’ve got our tree up already...
We buy some new Hallmark Keepsake ornaments each year. This year I bought three of the 2019 Star Wars series. They take a new series power cord
Well I finally get the new cord and plug them in. They talk to each other!!! We got the Imperial Star Destroyer, the Millennium Falcon, and the Rebel Bomber. You press the button on one and they all start going thru the first movie story! Freaked me out at first to figure out what was going on but now that I know what it’s doing it’s really cool!
Edit: lol I just went and bought the other four in the series to have the whole series to date. The wife is pissedI’m such a sucker for this stuff.
Screams of a broad stroke being applied to a bathroom fixture function. Toilet /= urinal. But... your federal government in action. The bar is fairly low on expectations. Not trying to get political but some ADA laws are really not thought out. You are required to provide enough clear space at a urinal for a guy to roll his wheelchair up to it. I guess he just sits back and hopes he's got enough pressure at the end to not make a mess.
He actually wasn't at U.T. when I was. According to what I read, his Freshman season was 1972, which means he enrolled in the Fall of 1972, out of Bearden High School, Knoxville. I graduated after winter quarter in March of 72. I went 2 extra quarters due to a change of majors, and a girl that I later married. I wasn't in a big hurry to leave. As much fun as I had there, I would probably still be there if I could.Former Tenn running back & SEC official Rocky Goode dies @ the age of 66. I remember the name but not the player. Maybe 72 remembers this guy......Goode was playing football @ UT when 72 was there.
VFL and SEC referee Rocky Goode dies at 66 >>> This gives no mention as a cause of death...
