I'm on a 2 day streak for lunch HIIT at the Planet...

I've lost roughly 20ish pounds mostly from diet changes through our 2 weight loss contest. @Big Gucci Sosa props on putting those together.

Now I'm trying to get the cardio/exercise in. Have been super happy to realize I can run (at least for the intervals so far!). Not sure what weight I'll end up at, mainly focusing on the inches and look.

6'2" so I think I can carry 220 pretty well, especially if it's more muscle weight than fat. But wouldn't mind to be less than 220 if I don't look like a skeleton doing it. No clue if I can get to "abs visible" levels, but it's a goal...

185 - 190lbs of pure muscle would be good instead of 220z

We are beating Mizzou and Vandy by 14+ Each. Calling it now. This team will be rested and ready for blood to finish strong for these seniors.
They said on the VQ pod that Mizzou is really strong in red zone defense. That’s concerning considering our red zone offense. We’ll have to improve during the bye week to beat them by 14+, especially if Bryant is playing

Would be...I've not been in that range since freshman year of HS. 20 years ago...

but @nicksjuzunk will tell ya it's not the weight it's the look. Cause 190 can look "fat" and 220 can look "lean" it's all about muscle vs fat. So that's why I'm not too worried about the scale.

Excellent. **** abs. I’ve got a large frame and will never wear a medium shirt. I got abs around 185 and it’s not worth it.

Have faith Bass. We are going to smoke them. They will be tired and coming off of multiple losses. We will take their soul. And recruiting will take care of itself.

This time last year we were 5-5 coming off a big win against Kentucky and everyone was talking about what a great coaching job Pruitt was doing and how we were on our way to what many thought was extremely unlikely earlier in the season.......a bowl game. We know what happened next. This feels like Deja Vu. I just hope it doesn't end the same way.
I would be severely disappointed if we lose to Vandy. I am thinking we lose to Mizzou if Bryant plays. Its a road game, and we are due for a loss. However we have Vandy at home, and this year's 'Dores dont have Schurmer, and it will be their bowl game. But with so much on the line, hard to see how these Vols could take this game for granted...I sure don't.

Bye week boredom.....

1. All said and done, will Keshawn Lawrence be our highest rated commitment (currently .9634)? If not, who is?

2. Not wanting/wishing anyone to, but if someone were to decommit from us, who would it be?

3. Next commitment is....?

1. Hope not. One of Jarrett, Jones-Bell, or Washington. Wish I could say Sewell, but I think he's a huge long shot right now.

2. Hard to say. I don't think this staff takes commits in a "just for now" situation, for many reasons, as much as the last staff. Forced to pick - Butler.

3. Ideally, one of O. Thomas or Baron. I can also see Whitehead just ending his recruitment after USCe has fallen apart, especially if he visits this week.
