Not sure if this got brought up over the last day-and-a-half, but it was mentioned by a caller on Basilio's post-game show. Hoke kicked him off the team because of that rant that he posted because they wouldn't let him play against Vanderbilt. Now, I understand the passion Jennings has for Tennessee, and it warms my heart to know that he was willing to lose his medical red-shirt to play in that one game to try to help us beat Vanderbilt.
But, if they had let him play, he wouldn't be here this year. And, in addition to what he's meant to this team and this season, I think most would agree that Jauan's made himself some money this year. That decision by Hoke (not to let him play against Vandy) is paying huge dividends to this season and to Jauan personally.
