Did not get to watch a lot of the game. I saw the targeting call and Pruitt’s flag. What were the other officiating issues that happened during the game? Seen a lot of buzz about it but would appreciate if someone could note the specifics. Curious about how the quality of week to week officiating was presented in a game where a week ago the two teams got screwed enough for sankey to issue a, albeit weak, response.

An obvious facemask not called

The last 10 years, I'd say my favorite Vols have been.

Dobbs, Jennings, Barnett

Henry T is one of my current favorites that will, I'm sure fill the stat book in his career here. I tend to like great RBs so still waiting on Pruitt to snag his 1500+ back soon. I know the games going to more of a RBBC situation, but it bugs me that we have a single 3k career rusher in program history. Would be nice to land a stud and him go for 4k+ and get someone from UT into the all-time career record books.

I'd even settle for a 1500+ season honestly...

pump the brakes there.

Andy Kelly, Heath Shuler, Dale Carter, Eric Berry, Peerless Price, Willie Gault, Jesse Mahelona, Montario Hardesty, Darrell Taylor...

not to mention, Condredge & Robert Joshua Dobbers. Think about their impact on the program?

Did i leave anyone off, lol. Does he even need mentioning?

Reggie White might garner an honorable mention.

Good deal they were able to find it now. One of the guys at the garage I frequent had the same thing, said he just started feeling more sluggish and exhausted than normal, faster that usual. And would sometimes get light headed, went in to see his regular doctor and they put in a stent and he's made a full recovery.

Less red meat and a bit more cardio and things should be great.
Except I have chronic fatigue and have to manage what little energy I have just to work 3 days, church 2 days and grandkids 1. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them!

Probably not a coincidence but everything changed in terms of attitude and fight and playing together in this team after the bye week when we had the last of the head down because they weren’t starting sulkers hit the road.
Yep. Not sure what happened but it’s a very observable pivot during that week. Love it.

HIIT, great for the heart...ease into it and can be done in as little as 10-15 minutes a day.

In short you pick a ratio (4 to 1, 3 to 1 are the common ones) and you do moderate effort for the bulk of the ratio, then amp it up for the small side. So if on an elliptical for example you'd take it easy for 3 minutes, then go close to as fast as you could for 1 minute, then back to the slower 3 minute pace and then 1 minute high effort again.

This can be done with any machine really, probably the most effective/easiest is an airdyne bike. And you can also do the internals in seconds, so 90 seconds to 30 seconds...etc.

Alright brothers and sisters of VolNation, I have a question for everyone. How in the F does Arkansas have 0 penalties for the entire game last night against Bama! Can you say MAKEUP game to control the favoritism talk. That ish is ridiculous man, I saw that this morning and I nearly had a heart attack. 🤦‍♂️ 🤦🤦
Nothing to do with a makeup game....everything to do with it being 48-0. Bama didn't need any calls to dominate Arkansas...they needed calls to beat us.

For those that didn’t hear the broadcast a few key things we didn’t know about JG

He asked to address the team Sunday and owned the failed sneak play responsibly

And the key one
Pruitt apparently consulted with JJ about the qb situation and JJ went to bat for JG. That’s doesn’t fit the narrative that he doesn’t want to play for JG

Forgot to mention that my sciatic nerve was damaged during a bone marrow biopsy which paralyzed a leg. I can walk but not well. And with the fatigue I can't do anything that will be strenuous because that will use up tomorrow's energy. Thought about getting a bike and riding some. 😥 You people that can exercise and don't need to find a way.
