After that missed facemask there was a good chunk of the game that I was equal parts pumped up and pissed off. We would score and I would just start cussing the refs/cocks to the tv. I think I told everyone not in orange to go f themselves at some point. Great game. Go Vols.

i think it's really important to note that while he was extremely hard on JG last week, the trust he showed this week, the reaction to a job well done.....well, what that tells you is that the guy genuinely does care abou the kid. and i would imagine that it goes well beyond just JG.

it also tells you that he's fair. JG effed up last week bad ,and was treated accordingly. this week, he got his shot at redemption and took advantage of it and was treated accordingly.

one of the things i've been fortunate of in my professional career is to have bosses that told me the truth. i never had to walk out of a meeting with them wondering what they meant by that, good or bad. something i've tried to do with people that have worked for me.

so on that level, to see him do what he did to JG last week, and then to see it come full circle this week..........pretty freaking awesome. credit both. it takes two to have that kind of relationship and it would have been real easy for either or both to check out after last week......

really happy for JG, and pruitt....and volnation in general. that was freaking awesome all the way around.

And JG lead the YPC in rushing, that's just cracks me up in a positive way. Dude was freaking determined tonight.

Missed the game today, put my phone on do not disturb to avoid score updates, and just finished up watching it like it was live.

Yikes I’m so happy right now. QB situation actually looks decent, OL is massively improved, WR finally looked as dominant as we thought they could be, DL week 1 to now is one of the biggest in-season improvements of any unit I can remember as a fan, LB group was nasty with 35/11, DB’s were solid, and special teams got us 2 touchdowns.

It’s great to be a Tennessee Vol.
