What is up with Doyle? Kid was really good for us last year and now it's gotten to the point that we're pulling him for Paxton Brooks

I've experienced suicide in my family as well. Like I said previously, it is 100% a serious matter and shouldn't be taken lightly. It is beyond tragic what it does to the loved ones left behind. But it becomes tiresome to hear about it week after week during a football game. Hearing about it over and over desensitizes it, and quite honestly, it's like it has become a promotional tool, which cheapens the brother's memory. His death shouldn't be a promotional tool to make people like or cheer for Hilinski. But they talk about it EVERY game.

At some point, it's okay to say enough. I have sympathy for Hilinski and his family's loss, but I don't need to keep hearing about it.
I have too, I wonder how big a percentage of VN has been touched by this awful awful scourge, either a family member or friends? I would say it is very high.

And... still would’ve beaten Bama for sure and would’ve had every opportunity to beat GA. We wouldn’t have been stuck at 14 pts with Dobbs
If Tua is still out most of the game, we might. But he didn't really give Bama problems ever though. Averaged 13.5 points against them. We did that this year.

If we had Dobbs what would our record be? I'm thinking either undefeated or only 1 loss. Would have for sure beaten Bama, BYU, and GSU. Probably would've beaten at least GA if not Fl also.
What if Bama had Joe Namath, BYU had Steve Young, GA had Herschel, Fl had Emmitt, blah, blah.

Uh, in case you haven’t noticed, that Bama defense isn’t the same as the ones Josh faced. We’re talking about what would happen in 2019, not 2016

I added a description of what I saw. If you didn't see it, look at my last post again.

Just watched it. It was definitely an unnecessary roughness for the extension of the arms at the end of the play after Maurer had gotten rid of the ball. I didn’t see what the actual call was Roughing the Passer I would assume? Definitely wasn’t targeting.
