I don’t think either is possible with JG at QB the whole game. Maybe an Auburn type performance but even then Auburn had to turn the ball over to us 3 times to secure that win.

I think the college PI rule is spot of the foul if it happens less than 15 yards from LOS ... or 15 yards max if the PI happened > than 15 yards from the LOS. If it happens in the end zone less than 15 from LOS .. then it is placed at the 2 yard line I think (not sure about 2, could be 1).

I’m thinking there is something in the protocol that includes extreme exercise/sweat to make sure the body responds properly

Yes, basically. It's all theoretical, but it's clear that they are implying that if he indeed had 2 concussions, he shouldn't clear protocol in time for Saturday.

He was practicing, but he took 3rd team reps. This is going to be a tough call for Pruitt. He might be able to go by Saturday, but he might not get the practice reps they want him to. It is for them to decide if a Maurer who did not practice much is still better than a JG/Shrout who took all of the reps.

Don’t buy anything about the team reps from the media

They aren’t seeing any part of the real team reps in practice

Let's start Shrout and see how it goes. Shrout has not been getting first team reps in the past. He possibly gets that opportunity now. Next man up. JG has three seasons of first team reps/games and still looks the same. Want to see BM back up if he gets cleared.

Wish we could cut the narrative in here. JG went rogue. Stupidity, selfishness, whatever - it really doesn't matter. He should sit the rest of the season or move on.
