Everyone talks about playing to your teams strengths. We haven’t all year. Our strengths are our very experienced WR group, a NFL TE, and speedy RBs that can catch the ball out of the backfield (when they aren’t 100 mph fast balls). We need to use our best players to win games. I would put Jennings and Callaway up against almost any defender we will play the remainder of this season. We aren’t going to win games playing small ball and clock management. We don’t have the horses to play 4 quarters like UGA, LSU, and Bama. Btw, what is Bama doing right now? They are playing a spread O and connecting with the best WR group in the country. They are playing to their strengths. We kept up with UGA for nearly a half in football by throwing the ball to our best players and taking some chances. That should be our goal from this point on, imo.

I think we got overhyped on our wide receivers and TE. We have always hyped DWA but yet to see him do that much. Also outside of Jennings I would say our wide receivers are pretty average for an SEC team. Where would Palmer be on other teams WR depth charts? I would say he wouldnt be top 2 or even maybe top 3 on the majority of SEC teams.
