Funny that none of the coaches on our staff were garbage before they came to UT. Very interesting.

Yeah, will just have to let it play out. I'll be interested to see the game tomorrow. I know it will be a loss. I'm interested to see if we change schemes a bit.

We still don't have the player leadership and player-led discipline that we used to have and that other teams do. Nobody has stepped up. Team leaders getting in other players' faces when they screw up, helping keep each other out of trouble and holding each other accountable makes a difference.

It's like some of y'all don't realize that these kids come from communities that have a ton of not-so-fun interactions with police. I recently had a 11 year old tell me that he didn't talk to police...made me sad. I stopped what I was doing and told him that we're not his enemy and that, if he ever needed our help, we would be there, regardless of who you are, what you've done in your past or who your family and friends are...but sometimes we have to arrest people. That's life. That's the game. He shook my hand and didn't say anything but...I tried.

Banks comes from Memphis. Is it any surprise that he has there opinion he does?

Nah it's not man. This team will be doing good to keep it within 3 td's. To be honest I'm not sure we've had a team that could hang with this Georgia team coming in here tomorrow in almost 20 years. This team is that good IMO. Hoping to see the team fight for four quarters and improve.

That video and his story is the whole reason for me thinking he could take the job this year. He’s got the drive and chip on his shoulder.

Watch the whole video. Brian improved as much as anyone at that competition.
Dilfer was very high on him!
