It’s beyond annoying. A Carolina fan friend of mine sent me a screenshot of it on my phone.

First the titanic comparison and rats, now we get the team is 100% better while we are 1-3 lol.

Can we just ban players from twitter and coaches from press conferences, because I KNOW Butch Jones is drinking a soy frappe laughing his a$$ off in a tiny closet-office near the player laundry room in Tuscaloosa right now.

I would like to think so, but the way the secondary played against Florida doesn't indicate improvement. I understand we are trying to work in some young offensive linemen, but there hasn't been any improvement there either. We are 76th in the nation in sacks allowed and 82nd in the nation in rushing... and I don't think we have played a good defense yet. Kentucky had 140 yards rushing on Florida and 407 yards of total offense. Finally, there was the unfortunate loss of Gooden, but our defensive line is worse than it was last year too. We have regressed. Pruitt is kidding himself.

Nope...I’ll be here, happy as a clam to be wrong. I want the exact same thing you do. But my assessment of the last two coaches held up, I’m feeling pretty good about my odds for this “Coach”.

You sure you don’t want to be friends?

I agree on DL....we lost our entire starting DL from last year. As for OL, I think the stats might be deceiving or most of that was from the first game. The OL has looked much better in the last 2 games since they settled in on 6 or 7 guys.

That first game was just a dumpster fire that the entire organization contributed to. No prep for Ga St and they used it like a scrimmage or tryout rotating too many people especially on the OL. One of the things I like most about Pruitt is he admits his mistakes and corrects. He's been very open and critical about the mistakes he's made. Those quotes don't usually make it on Twitter or on here though because they're not catchy.

You could end up being right. I hope your not honestly, I'm tired of coaching searches. Doesn't really matter because Pruitt will get his chance to make things right whether either of us want that to happen. No amount of pissing and moaning is going to change that.

I saw title and had a spark of excitement. I had hoped to see: “our team is 100% better today than at the start of the season”

I had hoped maybe they have had some great practices and things look better.

But dang the spark was just a spark. “100 % better than last year” don’t give me that crap, I’ve seen it......and they aren’t.

Lol. If they pull that off, I can see that quote being blasted all over the Georgia social media. That’s gonna do wonders for our Georgia area recruiting going forward.

No amount of sunshine pumping, coach worshipping, or player blaming will make him successful either. So I’m going to call it like I see it. He’s a mercenary that wouldn’t whizz on you or me if we were on fire at midfield. When he shows me he’s a HC I’ll be the first to fall in line.

It’s the only choice I’ve got, since the AD is more dysfunctional than the football program.
