It wasn't THAT classic. The best was 100 years of Volunteers shirt. It was funny because I showed up the next week, as you can imagine (of course I did), and my brothers laughed their azzes off at me and gave me a new shirt from their stash.

I don’t think he's in over his head but I do think this roster has bigger problems than he thought. This roster is straight trash right now with the exception of a select few upperclassmen and his guys.

Folks really need to sit down and look at it. It’s terrible.

Luckily for me I got a lot of my stuff from grandad and uncle that played at UT. They gave me a ton of good stuff. My grandad had season tickets in 98 so he has a ton of memorabilia from that season.

To me one of the clear signs he’s in way over his head was after the overturned fumble Bama Pruitt had zero clue what to do with the penalty. He had a good five minutes to be prepared and was still freaking lost. I have no idea how a head coach in the SEC didn’t know what he was doing next there

It's certainly not ideal brother. Not gonna be a dick about the time slot. I've certainly worked some jobs with that same time slot. It's like anything else & takes some getting used too.

You'll be fine, you'll get used to it. When i lived in Wyoming, i worked that shift everyday. After a while i loved it. Now if i dont work out before 630, (meaning get up at 530), I aint going.

Yes the roster isn't great. However it's year two and players have gotten worse, communication, and alignment have gotten worse as well on defense.

Other than the OL, would you agree we as a whole have regressed steadily since the middle of last year? I think that's certainly fair to say and it is alarming.

I’m not making excuses for how we’ve looked this year. I’m just saying we’re in a position to where we’ve played what, 17-18 TRUE freshmen? At some point this season because we’ve had too. That’s unheard of in the SEC.

There’s just no way this team is this bad just because of coaching, because if it is, then that is saying our whole staff is garbage from top to bottom.

We should be sitting at, at least 3-1 right now IF JG was even as serviceable as he was last year. The excuse then was the OL. That’s not the problem now and he’s gotten 100x worse. And it’s not Chaney’s fault this dude either won’t throw the ball or throws a bad ball.

We would all be in here nit picking minor BS crap right now if that dude was half way decent and not having these blow up the program conversations right now.

I wasn't name calling, it was an adjective. Hope your job goes better for you, I just get tired of the negativity on here. It gets real old.

I’m so dang conflicted on what we should do. I just think we are going to be better off swallowing our pride and ride this out. Give him 2 more years and see how we are progressing. Don’t get me wrong, I have seen things that made me say he’s not the guy but maybe he will learn from his mistakes and we can eventually turn this crap around. Maybe he can grow into the guy.

Think I have reached acceptance stage of grief
