It's plain to see that Pruitt is not letting Ansley call the plays on defense. I think this is Pruitt's main problem. Until he learns to let his assistants do their job, he's gonna struggle.

Eventually the money train runs out when you slap those people in the face for over a decade. I’m not saying “Empty Neyland” but I can guarantee I’m not going to another game for a long time. I haven’t been to a game since last year. I’m not spending my money to get mad.

Tbf uf and a&m are in completely different places than us. Maybe at 2-2 we wouldnt be so bad off right now either. Ga St and this blowout ruined everything image wise. We look totally inept and trending negatively in Year 2.

Exactly. I could almost forgive a 3-4 win season in year one. This is year two and we look way worse.

What is "plain to see"? Is he really with the play sheet calling things out? I don't think I've seen this. And I do think he's let Chaney run the offense.

McKenzie, Tuttle, Kongbo, and Phillips were all considered big time recruits on the DL. It’s what Butch did with them when they got here that gets the criticism.

So I’m reading the stories today by the national writers and trying to match up which faction in our program they are linked to. I’m guessing Staples is probably tied in with Fulmer and Anderson. I think Thamel is possibly linked to the Haslam camp.

The all-time hit drama of Tennessee football, behind the scenes, has been renewed for another run. I didn't mean for hit to be a pun but Thamel has published a scathing hit piece on Fulmer on Yahoo.

Wow. I'm for sure not going to be able to tune out now. This reminds me of the TV show "Dallas", except this is real life and to some extent we are all in this one. jmo.

At some point do Pruitt and Rocker try something different with the DL? We are just SO ineffective at getting any pressure whatsoever. It's bad. Can they not at least try some sort of stunts or something? Seems we are running face first into men over and over again and they are having no issue blocking the front 3/4. We aren't stressing the OL at all with just 4 man presssure. We can't live off extra men all game every game.

I would think the less talent and strength we have the more we would try to be creative in our base, outside of just blitzing extra men.

This kind of crap is so reprehensible and stupid. Self-fulfilling prophecy. Giving us less support, less revenue, looking worse to recruits helps no one but our enemies. They love seeing this.
