Lol. Nice try man really. I had no idea how many idiots out there thought Mike Leach could be successful here. You are entitled to your opinion all I did was put out his record at WSU the first for years and the fact he tried practicing a kid who had a concussion.


Nothing more. But that he a bad coach or didn't know offenses. It is mind blowing how many people will just throw out replies like Craig James is a DB therefore he's lying to support the coach they want.

Texas Tech has sucked ever since. Leach has a top 20 team averaging 50ppg, he has a huge tree of successful coaches. The NFL has went from mocking his offense to copying it. He's making multiple millions a year. His 1 star quarterback just threw his record setting 8th touchdown.

Chip Kelly has all the coaching accreditation.

UCLA probably has 3x more 4 star players on its roster, much more resources, everything.

Leach and Washington state have NO business playing with Oregon, USC, UCLA, Stanford, Washington, etc. but he does. Every season.

He would beat Tennessee 70-21 if we played tomorrow.

Your argument is illogical. It's all relative.

Sure the competition is weaker but WSU has bottom talent. So yes, they are playing inferior talent but they're also fielding inferior talent. Even now, their recruiting is no where near to our level on a yearly basis. For the past five years, WSU's recruiting class have been ranked 61, 65, 46, 44, 56. So him winning 8-10 games a season while putting up stats holds more weight than the dumb argument of weak competition.

Leach would have more talent immediately available (a lot undeveloped) and resources to be as successful as he has been at TTU and WSU.

I love laughing at all these people stuck in the mid-2000’s. Look at the teams winning right now: Ohio State. LSU. Clemson. Alabama. Oklahoma. Georgia....

They are throwing the piss out of the ball, scoring 50+ points a game. The SEC and top tier college programs are going to high flying, QB driven offenses. Period.

Pruitt is stuck in the 90’s.

LSU gave up a boatload to Vandy today and still dismantled Vandy.......and looked good doing it too.

Exactly. Get up big. Rest your starters. Then you don’t have as many injuries as the season goes on either. Much better way of playing football. Slugging it out for 4 straight quarters in the SEC is a no win strategy anymore. You use up your players. By November you’re limping into games.

Leach will try the case himself and not be out a penny cause he’s a smug bastard and in the meantime TTU will be out 100’s of thousands of dollars trying to defend it. Honestly i don’t think the money matters to him, i think he’d rather break it off in TTU.
