Western Michigan would have had no chance if they had to start JG. For the people that say UT lost because of defense. Put 57 points on them like WM and 42 like Furman and then lets revisit the Georgia State game.

Yeah clearly our defense had little to do with the loss. I mean they only allowed a pathetic Sunbelt team to rack up 215 rushing yards. The same amount Furman did. If our defense would have ever played below average that game, we win. UT didnt lose because of defense or JG. They lost because BOTH played horrible.

2 drink Coke, 8 drink diet Coke, and 2 drink Sprite once a month.
All drink apple cider, but 4 tend to "forget" and leave their cider on the window sill overnight... for several nights.
No cigs or Julls... and with 24 rings, can't afford any other jewels!
As for their underwear... I'll keep my preferences private (and visa-versa)

The really sad thing is when you look at the offensive numbers put up by Western Michigan against Georgia State.

The Broncos rushed for 450 yards and 7 tds.

The qb was 15-20 for 246 yards passing.

That's right at 700 yards of offense while their defense only allowed 336 total yards to GAST.

So yeah.

So 42 or 57 is not greater than the 38 given up by our defense ? Must be new math. Also more points means less time GA State has to touch the ball on offense. We are many years away from a shut down defense like Bama or Clemson so if we are going to win games you will be doing it on offensive play mainly. It's part of being the under dog in every game you play.
