Our first step is to get to tier two where we pound the Vandy, USCE, and Missouri type teams. Do that then build to a Georgia or Bama level. That won’t happen overnight and don’t bring up Georgia cause Kirby walked into a very talented team that had won 10 under a very good coach. Got to move to the middle before you get to the top.

Couldn't agree more. I'd add a step to the beginning though. Learn to win a game. And not being hateful by saying that. Some of these guys are so young they need to learn how to win at this level.
