Everyone talking like the natural progression is 1st string, 3rd string/Jennings, 2nd string

Curious as to why you think Maurer is next up

Dobbs was not ready when he played as a Freshman. He was not much better as a Sophomore. Junior year he began to become more of a weapon.
mobile player who couldnt pass well at that time
now we've added no mobility, but have doubled down on the inability to pass

Already have two five stars committed. Walker is a 6’7” forward. Pretty versatile and athletic. Keon Johnson is a 6’5” SG, who is a lockdown defender and has a decent outside shot. He was invited to the USA basketball camp, and folks said he stood out as one of the top players. If we land Springer, he is a 5 star PG at 6’4”. Good athlete and can attack the rim. All are top 30 players.

We are also in on PJ Hall, who is a PF and top 70 player. Hall has an interesting decision. He lives in South Carolina. But his sister plays volleyball at Florida. His dad played at Wofford when Young (new coach at VTech) was an assistant at Wofford. Oh yea, Hall’s Dad grew up in Kingsport, was an all state type basketball player, and grew up a UT fan. Uncle and grandmother still live in Kingsport.

If Josiah James stays a second year, our talent will be unreal.

👀Thanks 👍🏻 Wow.

Curious myself. Seems like Shrout was being hyped on here after the O&W game. Then, just a sudden switch.

Sticking with Pruitt, do believe he is the guy, and.......... we have no choice.

My only issue with him/staff is:

Why is it we didn't get a better incoming freshman recruit QB either year, or at least one you could believe could play as freshman? But, then how much control in year one did they have, and second year as well in terms of real options?

Makes the A. Martinez decommitment look bad hurt.......any recruitnicks remember/know if he was leaving regardless or did coaches help him make that decision?

Martinez was going to Nebraska as soon as Frost became coach
