I get it, better than nothing. I see most of those as a similar beer. I would have fought for at least one IPA. I have never tried the Yee Haw Dunkle and I do think that ot seems intriguing to try.

I don't know who said it, but one of the media folks (maybe Hubbs) said they had to work with long time UT sponsors, so I am guessing the selection was for lack of better word political.
I read they only wanted beers with low ABV so probably the reason they dont have IPA.

Very pedestrian list, IMO.

@bignewt BYU had a top 30 rush and pass defense last year and return 8 starters on defense as well as 9 starters on offense.

Uh oh.

I think BYU only played 5 P5 teams last year while the rest of us generally played at least 9. They only played 4 P5 teams in 2017. In the last 10 years amidst all our dysfunction we haven't lost to any G5 or FCS team. Imagine how many wins we might have and how much more favorable our "rankings" would be if we could schedule 7 or 8 such teams every year like BYU does.

Of course BT is still on campus and taking classes. He wasn't suspended from the university. Fulmer and Pruitt made their decision days ago. And if admin wanted him suspended from school, he wouldn't have attended another class after his arrest. Does anybody really think UT leadership didn't weigh in on this four days ago? It's not their first rodeo.

Good grief, you’re in a stadium where you have to pee in a big horse trough. Did you expect the Flying Saucer?

OMG your comment triggered one of my most embarrassing life moments.
Took my6 year old nephew to his first game a few years back at Neyland.
Also his first time peeing in a trough.
I told him to keep his eyes 👀 on his own business.
But he glanced to his right and screams out: “Jesus look at THAT thing”.
I was horrified and said I’m sorry and physically carried my nephew out of the restroom.
He asked me if I was mad at him and I said no but you don’t talk about other people’s pee pees. He then wanted to know if all black ones were that big. Thankfully, we were back at our seats and he was with his Mother. Kids, damn.

Probably not political. Probably contractual.

I would have been very surprised if they had offered an IPA. I am not a huge fan of Yee-Haw but at least it's something different. Price point is an issue, too. They aren't offering an IPA at the same price as a 24 oz. Bud Lite.

Not sure what else you would expect. They aren't going to serve anything special at a football game. Light beer still sells like crazy. Actually a bit surprised that they are offering a Yee-Haw.

I get it, but I do find it funny that my minor league A ball club here in SC has a lot more beer options than compared to a iconic place like Neyland.
