You’re making a lot of assumptions man. All we know is the gf said that Thompson threatened to slap her, even then she’s fuzzy on that, with that said if the police asked her if she feels threatened they will arrest him with domestic assault, which is what they did.

You obviously don’t understand how the law works in this situation. Again you seem awfully hard up to see this kid get kicked out of school over hearsay.

And no - I don’t want him kicked out of school for selfish reasons. It’s just down right hilarious the lengths that people will goto to make excuses for a kid just because he’s good at football, including claiming witnesses are racist or just want to see him kicked from school.

He admitted to threatening to slap her. That's assault in TN. The witnesses' ID of him is basically irrelevant since he admitted it.
Edit: Oops; this is inaccurate. He admitted to damaging the gate not to verbal threats.

You’re not this dense right? I can ID anyone if I know their face, doesn’t mean I can prove it was him that said it.

I’ve read your other posts and you keep moving the goalposts to try and fit your argument. Did anywhere in the police report did it say these two athletes went to the argument? Or that they only heard it? From your posts you seem to think they went to the argument no where does it say they did.

At this point man you need to make like Elsa and just let it go.

Two different witnesses and it was only reported by the police that each one heard a different thing.

Alright, 247 says they have the report and here. Only 1 witness so all the "you have to do this or that because it was 2 witnesses" crap can stop now.



From police report:
Bryce Thompson admitted to doing the gate damage.
He denied the threats that have been reported.
The girl said she does not remember the details.
Reported threats came from witnesses who overheard the yelling. They did NOT see BT saying them. One witness reported the "Shoot up the School" threat. A 2nd witness did NOT hear the "Shoot up the school" threat.

My bad: I confused the part where he admitted to breaking the gate and letting it fall down the steps after claiming he fell down the steps with it after falling into it.

The last two points in all of this is heresay....that's the main thing the school is gonna focus on. The domestic assault charge is gonna solely rely on whether the girlfriend wants to press charges(there was no physical harm)

The difference your tiny brain fails to reason is that the alleged victim(s) were the ones, along with Bowles, who called police. In the situation, witnesses called police. The gf did not want cops involved.
