TBF, it was the first 3 phases. Iron Man was a C-list superhero before they stuck lighting with RDJ. And Idk how much funding they’d have gotten if they’d foregone longtime fan favorite superheroes for niche ones like Black Panther, Ant Man, or Captain Marvel if they hadn’t built up credibility through box office success with the more popular ones first.they really blew their wad with this first phase. all the movies they have lined up are really minor and lame and they won't have James Gunn to pull another GOG out of his butt. I see the whole thing fading in the next five years.
Phil Steele is high on Miami also. Has them winning their division, possibly 10 wins, and one of his most improved teams in the country. Apparently they have a really good D and he believes that Enos will get the offense going.The Bear (from College Gameday) is pretty plugged in down there and has them at 9-3.
I just figure Grantham will be able to give a freshman QB fits in week 1.
If we had that schedule I promise we would be 11-1.Phil Steele is high on Miami also. Has them winning their division, possibly 10 wins, and one of his most improved teams in the country Apparently they have a really good D and he believes that Enos will get the offense going.

Equally as interesting (to me) is the lack of teams in the 38-49 range, a mark that usually suggests a team might be just one class away from making the jump. Texas A&M, Stanford, Tennessee, and Oregon are the only four right now.
Newtdog,
You've been pushing that narrative for months. I see where you're coming from, but, since you seem like a smart feller ill defer to reason. Follow the money. Marvel...Disney...Box Office Records.
You may believe in this notion of 'Golden MCU' Age. And you may be correct. But one thing is for damn sure;
Disney will smote the ruin of MCU upon the proverbial mountainside. And once that carcass slams, it will have have yanked every single penny from the franchise it can.
My point is get used to it, cause this ride has a good 20 years left in it. My kids will be enrolled at UT, and Thor will be on a walker.

Per Bud Elliott’s blue-chip ratio, we’re one class away from having the requisite talent to compete for a national championship - although it’s more likely it takes two seasons for that talent to flourish.
