no, they wanted him. if you believe what he says, TN was recruiting him harder than KY. again...if you believe him.Rybka chosing Kentucky over TN is unsurprising. Big kid, not much technique or particular skillset. Can be soft at times. Think the staff backed off to pursue a more refined product.
personally, i think the staff wanted him. but i don't think they were ready to take a committment today. i also think Rybka just didn't want to play at TN. i think the hometown school stuff didn't set well with him, and he was more than happy to play "the contrarian".
