I’m at 6-6.

Then I look at schedule and can see 8 wins.

I'm in this boat. I can see 8 wins, but I think 6-6 or 7-5 is more realistic. To get to 8 wins, I think you have to beat Miss. St., USC, and Mizzou, and I'm not sure we can beat all three. Miss. St. is in a bad spot on the schedule between UGA and Bama, USC needs that game just as badly as we likely will given their schedule this year, and Mizzou has had our number, plus its away. JMO.

That'd be 9 wins, assuming 4-0 in OOC and beating Vandy/Kentucky.

I just want to see how we look at Florida. If we leave the swamp undefeated then we'll see if CJP & co can keep the players focused to have a truly special season or if they'll fade as we've seen happen for the last 3 or so seasons.

I’m not.

Just got my new tat to commemorate the injury. Typing it out, I’m starting to feel a little silly about it though 😒
Haha. I hope we're allowed to be happy we have another good player without it being Twilight and picking team so and so.

Both team TN as far as I know.

Okay, now we can speculate about what happened. Someone this morning said he was practicing with GA then a few days later on the field with FL....

Based on watching his entire time at Georgia, just wasn't happy. I think he wanted to be an edge rusher but not his best fit. For whatever, it affected his outlook until it led to a mutual parting. I wouldn't care if he got a waiver, but he might do better with a year off. All my opinion/guess.

You're correct because I do think we go 4-0 in OOC. As I think 8 wins is our ceiling, I think it's more likely we go 1-2 against Miss. St., USC, and Vandy to go 7-5. I think USC is the most likely win of those 3 personally because I don't see Pruitt losing 5 straight (FL, UGA, MSST, AL, and USC).

Jesse Mahelona had a great junior year after coming to UT. But, yes, there haven't been many. Leonard Little was another.
Dale Carter, Cordarrele Patterson, Chuck Smith, Charlie Garner, Anthony Miller. I don’t believe we should go all Kansas State and build your program around them, but the right talent evaluators throughout the program’s history have been pretty heady at picking out valuable pieces from those ranks.

You can say that again

Yea, he asked specifically about linemen (DL). Forgot about Chuck Smith.

I was referring to the people that seemed happy at the possibility of Alontae not being as good as others think he is. I don't care who starts as longs as those players give us the best chance to win.
