That’s honestly just silly if you think about it. We had like 15 nfl players a few years ago and should’ve won at least the east two years in a row.

Well it is Erik Ainge afterall. I used to somewhat like his show, but the more I listen the more annoying he becomes.

Having done some radio there's a very simple rule to it, don't talk over people. And he just completely obliterates conversations, co-host, callers, guest it doesn't matter he has some thought or stupid joke pop in his head and he runs right over the other person talking.

Just something to watch for. Seemed like a few times last season on the opponents side of the field from 35 or 30 Chandler or Jordan were open for a nice gain 20 yards or more down the middle coming out of the backfield. Now with Johnson coaching the RB group and the sense that Chaney is going to be running a "throw first" offense, will be really interesting to see how the much the RB's are involved in the throw game. There's plenty to build on.

The podcast was talking about watching for Chandler and maybe Gray doing just this. Said Jordan seems to have the bulk hard run part covered freeing Ty up and Chaney loving to be inventive with weapons.

Can someone find out why the Louisville QB transferred to FLST and also the Cox kid to FL? If there is no specific reason due to hardship, family illness, etc, then if Solomon gets denied and either of these kids get approved, the NCAA is straight corrupt and should be called out on the mat.

We already know they’re corrupt.

Since Byrd is as big as a RB, maybe he plays more of a role as well in quick routes....

lmao I also read somewhere that Fields is in a battle with the transfer from Kentucky. Said that there is no separation between the two. So its possible that both these slap nuts get beat out for the starting job. lol
Yup. It's on their 247 site. A close race with...Gunnar Hoak? Lmao. And apparently someone threw a couple pick 6s (or 1 for each) in their latest scrimmage. Maybe OSU takes a step back under Day. Would be great to see.

Whoever here mentioned Apartment 407 the other day - thank you. That was tough to sit through, but quite the eye opener. It could happen to anyone. And in our own backyard. Infuriating.

I get that but to be fair I haven't really heard a good reason why Solomon deserves a waiver other than some other players got one and we really need him. I hope he gets it but I don't know why everyone thinks he deserves it.

damn they said WB is pushing alontae..
People got pissed when I said Art Green would force Alontae to safety. Well looks like Burrell with the kill shot. Fact is AT is not the elite athlete we all want to believe he is. Still a good ball player though. To stiff in the hips for corner IMO. Mizzou & Vandy exposed him

I honestly have no clue but here's what I just keep thinking

We've picked up and forgotten some speed guys, some height and some elusive talent. We spent last year running a limited few plays repeatedly with very little success. My thought, Chaney's not having any of that.

He will find a way to use whatever strength we have and we'll probably see new plays and targets added every week.

Don't forget CFA still here too, Chaney got lots of toys in the skill positions to work with. Just need the OLine to give JG the time to find the right guy and we could be putting up sick numbers on offense.

For me, I've never suggested he deserved it. Just don't believe several others did either so eff it, don't get pretend principles now.

JUCO linemen seem to rarely start right away. I can't think of one here that has. But they seem to be capable of providing backup right away (Gooden, Owen Williams, etc) and have solid senior seasons (Owen, Alexis).

Jesse Mahelona had a great junior year after coming to UT. But, yes, there haven't been many. Leonard Little was another.
