Who knows. Not enough info yet. I've seen some info that he was wearing a jacket that had lyrics on it from a death metal band, so likely a white shooter. Some saying he had body armor on, so if true, not a spur of the moment thing

I've been to Colombia . I would never take a wife or girlfriend down there....and not for safety concerns. Take some polarized glasses that your wife cant see through..

This was our second choice behind San Miguel de Allende, but with work time constraints and lack of direct flights we went with Cartagena.
