I feel ya. Never having had a good experience buying a vehicle, I recently bit the bullet and traded in my 19-yr-old coupe for a 2019 RAV4 hybrid. Despite it being a cash + trade deal, it still took six hours. For once, the salesperson wasn't a douche. So, there's that. Best of luck., Bets (I don’t know if I’m the only odd ball that names their car) 14 year old car I think has finally give out. Vehicle has seen my through some crap times and good ones also. I had hoped to get her through until my vacation in a week in half to trade in. Not going to happen. Should have done it earlier, but I hate car lots and dealing with salesman.

You should tell them to refund your $36. Email and cc the head agent (broker?) so that s/he knows what’s being done by employees. Even if it is his/her idea.I'm mad that after cancelling insurance with State farm, signing the papers and everything, that they still turned around and took a payment out of my account today. I randomly check our account to just make sure everything is good, and saw it. I called, and they tried to say we didn't cancel until I told them we had a copy of the paperwork. She said she'd call back, but never did. Thankfully, our bank has cancelled the payment, cost me $36 though, but they've stopped anything from coming out by State farm. Bunch of goobers.
