Just got back from COSTCO. NY strips in da house!

Picked some jalepenos yesterday. So, grilled strips, jalepenos, sweet peppers, onions, and mushrooms with a baked sweet tater on da side. Tho, I'll have to wait a couple days for HBPW to work the into the menu.

I've had them stuffed with some kinda yellow cheese, which I didnt like, and creme cheese which I like, especially when dipped in a spicy raspberry sauce. MMMMMM!

I find they come out better (more evenly cooked) in the oven on a rack than on the grill.

Loved Firefly. It’s the only series that I bought. It joins the 7, count ‘em, 7 movie DVDs I own.

Not trying to get into this war but here is a homemade ketchup recipe that I've been thinking about making but subbing some molasses for the brown sugar.
