Not that I think this info is gold, but here’s Rivals’ Eric Bossi’s take a couple hours ago...

“After developing into a potential NBA level big man at Virginia Tech, Blackshear has been the subject of pretty strong recruiting battle that has had twists and turns and lots of indecisiveness. My belief is that he should be making his decision soon and I would venture to guess that he picks either Arkansas, Kentucky or Tennessee but until he makes a decision we'll all continue to watch and wait.”

I'm guessing the reason UF is suddenly back in things is because either a family member has pressured him into re-considering them or maybe someone's source is a family member and they are just saying UF is still an option because they want it to be.

Just some random thoughts, I don't actually know anything lol

So now Arkansas is a front-runner? It's pretty clear literally NO one has any clue what is going on. I'm so ready for this commitment to just be over with at this point.

Poster on 247 claims someone thought of as being connected to basketball recruiting is posting GIFs on TOS (VolQuest I’d assume) that seem to suggest Blackshear is ours.

Unless it’s a gif specifically of Blackshear getting a power T tattoo while riding a Tennessee Walking horse and eating a Moon Pie, I don’t believe it.

Alex1118 on Volquest who is very connected with the mens bball news just gave a good emoji sign for Kerry Blackshear.

From a different poster on Volquest: Was just eating at Dead End BBQ about an hour ago. Coach Barnes was there with Chris Low, Tony White, and Jayson Swain. They all had finished eating and were sitting around talking when Coach Barnes got a phone call and left abruptly. Possibly news on Blackshear?!?!

That, or perhaps UCLA calling to say they've had a change of heart and are willing to pay his buyout after all??
