Would be best. If he does commit to Tennessee, would want to get him enrolled ASAP.

Over past few weeks, I held back on watching much of his highlights since I thought we were a long shot, and didn't want to get my hopes up. But now as I watch his tape from last year, and we're possibly hours away from landing him, I can't wait to see what this team will look like if we are lucky enough to land Blackshear Jr. and can run the offense through him.

He gets the ball a lot in the same spot as Grant did (when pushed to the outside post, top of key/3 pointer), and I'm loving his creativity with the ball and his will to just take matters into his own hands and create offense for him and his teammates. Now I watch his video and truly imagine him doing this in Orange and White next season. *Fingers crossed*

Reminds me a bit of Chism. Really love his passing ability out of the high post too.

Man, if Plavsic is eligible, and Josiah is everything he’s hyped up to be, we may not miss a beat next year, assuming Blackshear hops on board.

I think we see that 2-handed dunk about 100 times, this year. Another 100 kick-outs 3s to Turner and Bowden. Another run at both the SEC Championships and at least, 2 more Vols drafted into the NBA. So, it's like a hanging a curveball and all we need is Blackshear to knock it out of the park and commit to Tennessee. Then, the '20 recruiting class happens

Not really sure how I'm pestering. I asked a legitimate question...honestly dont know what to think of the the entire KB situation. I actually try to be serious sometimes and still get silly responses, so let me do the same.

I don't know what you mean by "processing a player to upgrade"...

But I'll say that recruiting over players is just the nature of the beast. If UT is getting to that point and it takes someone leaving to get KB in, then I'm all for it.

Not trying to crap on UT but replacing Bone, Grant, and Admiral is no easy task. Expecting a completely new team to match what the three drafted guys did is unfair.

Where has it been stated that Burns will transfer if we get KB?

Honestly, that’s concerning. I love Fulky, but I’d rather see us medical scholly him and keep Burns.

Neither is replacing 3 first rounders, LC! 😉Although I must admit it’s made much easier when you’ve got four incoming 5-stars to fill the void. PJ, Herro, and Keldon are all top flight guys and PJ was your guys’ GW2. I’d have to say the UK trio was every bit as important to your team’s success as UT’s trio was to ours! I’d say the main difference is that you’ve got fillet mignon to work with while we make due with sirloin.

Only one cup of coffee this morning so I might be a tad slow. How can we add Blackshear and not move someone out? Thought we were full at the moment?

You can’t do that to Fulky if he keeps playing. I think Barnes loves his intangibles.

I am ok with Burns leaving. It’s disappointing, but it gives us another scholarship in 2020, and there was no guarantee that Burns will be really good.

At first glance, I'd say not a chance, but if a kid really wants to be at UT and knows his spot depends on making a one year sacrifice, I could see it happening if the parents are really set financially.
