Night shift is slacking up in here since @nicksjuzunk is galavanting around the U.S. spreading the good word.
We actually didn't do the Carnival excursion to St John, it cost 89$ a person and you had to wait around half the day for everybody. We paid 10$ for taxi to Red Hook, 32$ for round trip ferry tickets, and then 12$ for taxi to Trunk Bay. We also walked around Cruz Bay for awhile before going back to St.Thomas, and the best thing was that we were basically alone at Trunk Bay for a couple of hours. St.Thomas is definitely beautiful, but it is way too crowded and developed for my taste.
Nope. Fort Collins is pretty awesome though. There's a Tennessee bar there: The Town Pump. Owner is from TN I guess. One of the specialties is moonshine shooters.
I've always looked at this differently, at least since the SEC became THE conference. Its easy to recruit here.
Top 15ish classes should be good enough if you’re a good coach. Make sure you find a good QB and a couple pass rushers. The rest of the positions don’t matter star wise to me. Just find players that fit what you want to do and coach them upI've always looked at this differently, at least since the SEC became THE conference.
When losing, the TN brand will get you 15th - 25th. Winning, 10th -15th. I guess that is easy compared to a lot of programs. But not when almost half the conference and all of your main rivals finish inside the top 10.
Add in expectations, I think coaches have to work their butt off here.
It definitely can be done, but given the competition, I don't look at it as easy.
So I guess it depends on perspective.
I agree..if the competition doesn't also have good coaches.Top 15ish classes should be good enough if you’re a good coach. Make sure you find a good QB and a couple pass rushers. The rest of the positions don’t matter star wise to me. Just find players that fit what you want to do and coach them up
For sure. UGA game in Knoxville will tell us a lot. Huge chance for us to let the CFB world know we’re coming back.I agree..if the competition doesn't also have good coaches.
Verdict is still out on Kirby but we know that Saban and Mullen are good, leaving us with no advantage. Just a disadvantage of starting with less talent.
Talking PMI, not home insurance. Plenty of mortgages don't require PMI.

Yeah, just wish more of them were TN fans.Historically, I agree and it is not easy. In the future, maybe not. The Nashville/central TN area population burst is likely to continue and with it, significantly improved recruiting in-state of elite players. That should also lead to doing better in west TN as brand awareness grows with more W's. Will take awhile, but is clearly in play.
This sounds good in theory... But coming from someone who has student loan debt along with my wife's student loan debt, it's not so easy to save 20% for a house when you have large monthly payments already going towards your education you had to pay for. The good ole days of affordable college are no longer a thing sadly.Or you can save 20 percent to put down and have excellent credit before you buy a house and have no PMI. Just like the good old days when so few owned a home someone else built.
