Im not sure how their lease works but with Dollar General we definitely sign similar things. Like no Family Dollar can go right next to a Dollar General. But im not sure how it works once they close? Maybe the landlord/city forced Walmart to sign something like if they leave they have to recoop some of the cost? Idk.

Used to live by that Walmart in East too!

Could be. I certainly didn’t know the conditions of the leasing I had just heard that apparently a couple high profile grocery chains wanted to buy the space but Walmart put that into the clause and blocked it. My wife was pissed because apparently Whole Foods was one of the ones rumored.

Used to live right off Cahal Ave. I’m in West Nashville now by the Costco. Where did you live in East Nashville?

Nah, we dont have any plans in the near future to do grocery deliveries. I think we're barely breaking the seal on self-checkout lol

Reminds me of working for a Credit Union (2nd largest in the U.S.) and we didn't even have an app lol. No check scanning by phone, opening up MORE Brick and Mortar locations, etc. Loved that place, but seriously questioned if they understood how much FinTech is moving. Young people avoid banks, and many stores, like the plague and want everything on their phone these days, delivered to them electronically or on their doorstep with free 2 day delivery.

One of the most intetesting landscapes for growth investors is finding startups with ideas on how all the upcoming, empty retail space can be retailored into profitable ventures. One guy I talked to, albeit he was quite high, had the idea of turning malls into residential spaces. Imagine if your new apartment used to be a Sam and Goody's or an Electronics Boutique. Creepy, but not the worst idea I've ever heard.

Got friends that went to UNF im north of that at a community college studying computer science:)

Looked at going back to school for CS as well. Think I’m just going to learn on my own and freelance here soon. Already know a lot about HTML/CSS and learning Java. Mostly like and want to do Front End/Design work. Anything specific you want to do with the CS degree?

One reason UPS and Fedex are smart places to work. Nothing is leading away from them being needed, and it's very VERY unlikely drones will ever become a replacement for trucks/transit. In Canada they've outlawed drone flying now without a license.

Just produce at publix, starts at 11 bucks an hour. Just needed something while im taking classes. Not a lot of jobs within 30 miles of where im at in south GA

You best believe im going to put out the oranges in a power T... but quit half way through

Hey 11 an hour is great for most students. Some adults wish they made that. Publix is a good company.

Congrats bro. Impress the hell out of em and become "Mr. Manager", but only if they let you make that your official title.

Simonton said during the podcast that Tillman wasted his redshirt because he played in a lot of games just blocking. But I thought it was reported he did redshirt last year.

Anyone know for sure?
He redshirted. I think Simonton switched over to talking about Byrd. I thought he said Tillman at first but he made that statement then began discussing Byrd. Wasn’t a very clear transition...

Good choice. Remember having a portfolio is great in that field. It is as much proving what you can do with real work than having a degree. Try to work on a project that proves you can apply yourself while there.

I started comp sci ages ago. Wish I had stuck with it. Programmed all of HS making video games, but let professors dampen my spirit with "you all will be likely be debugging database programs 60 hours a week" talk because they were too out of touch to realize the mobile revolution headed our way. He thought debugging legacy systems was all there was left to do...shmuck. And now robotics and ai are on the way too. STICK WITH IT. My bud that did just built his own mini mansion in West Knoxville. It is an area that will be forever in demand.

UTsports has him as a RS-Fr

247 just listed him today as a RS-Fr as well:
Tennessee's 25 Most Important Players for 2019: No. 23

Rivals the same people that said some junk about getting Antonutti's initial counter back. Yet we still only took 25 this year. They also openly admitted to one poster they were confused by how the annual numbers work. I think they don't understand...many things. Those people would be fired in the real world. Incompetence.

Hyperloop shipments. 1 hour shipping.

If nothing can replace truck shipment, then yes logistics are good jobs in those companies. But much of warehouse will be replaced by bots once capital investment comes down a bit and truck drivers are at immediate risk obviously within the decade.

It'll be interesting to see how Tillman develops, because he seems like he could be the most like JJ. He's one of our biggest receivers and will fight for those extra yards. But it's going to be tough to get much PT this year.

Accept.

Going 0-3 against the big 3 again and then Mizzou.. I mean, it's logical. They are the toughest opponents on the schedule. Yeah..

At least it means we'd get back on the right track against Vandy and South Carolina, plus extending the win streak to 2 against rotating SECw teams.

And it'd likely lead to a good 2020 class.

He lost me at, "line play should be much-improved on both sides". We just lost our entire DL and judging from the Spring game/mods at various sites...not yet excited about our OL once again. Granted, it would be hard to be any worse along the OL, but the DL could certainly do worse. That was our best run D in a decade. I'd be shocked if we can even match that.

Very possible the majority of our starting OL weren't even available for the spring game, wouldn't put any stock into that.
