His HS coach posted the tweet, if he's catfishing, he's really good at it lol.

Well now I'm doubly confused. The original tweet was from Chris Smith, a recruiting guy that used to work for 247. Haywood's coach is also a Chris Smith. Surely a different one??

Building depth is nice, but along both lines we simply need starters right now., tbh. We have 0 proven bodies for 2020. Better go get some (yes I know we have some nice incoming Freshman, but nobody is proven atm. And DL needs A LOT of new young blood).

The Butch years jaded me toward even worrying about depth, when your starters aren't even up to task. During the 2017 class many excused it as "a class for depth" and it turned out we didn't even have starters up to the task first and foremost. Players leave for the nfl early, transfer, don't pan out. Gotta be recruiting starters all the time, never backups...another reason to grab King if we can.

Not likely to find true freshmen on the O-Line & D-line that can Start right away in the SEC, Their bodies arent physically developed yet to play with grown men. You need at least a couple years to red-shirt and get them in an SEC strength program. Unless you go the JUCO route like we did with Middleton and Savion Williams. (who will play heavy mins).

They are out there, we just signed two. Cade Mays would've been a day 1 starter here and Trey was one of the confrence best interior lineman his true freshman season. Shy was pretty elite his first year before that dirty UGA chop block.

I love Jauan Jennings. I was just perusing our 2018 highlights, as tame as they were.

When Palmer caught that sideline ball at Auburn and JJ was the first to get him off the ground and congratulate him, while also telling the Auburn player "MOVE B!TCH" and then after he scored that TD against Carolina and placed the ball on the CB's chest while he was still on the ground.

We need a cloning machine.

Because of camps?
Yep. Obviously there are guys so good that we’d take them regardless, but Pruitt has doubled down on the “camp tells the story” line of recruiting evaluation.

We’re at a point where we can be a little bit more selective than maybe we thought we would be. Good times ahead.

Interesting. I want someone to jump in the boat.
