Texas Cop Tries to Arrest Wrong Man on Out-of-State Warrant in his Front Yard....
Clarence Evans was sitting outside with his son and daughter when a constable from Houston Precinct 4 pulled up in front of his house claiming that someone had reported his dog as stolen.

According to the caption of the video he posted on Facebook, Evans told the cop that his dog had both a chip and the proper paperwork proving he was the owner.

This vid has a little NSFW language, but is worth watching. Protestors are harassed by an officer who tries to cite and arrest one. The whole situation is eventually stopped by an officer that sticks up for the protestor and has the other officer stand down.

same city had to pay out 825k to a guy they beat who was in diabetic shock, but they thought he was drunk

Good job by the commander for de-escalating the situation.

I've always said it's a damn shame that idiots that can't drink and drive screw it up for those of us that can.

Yep, used to love drinking, large amounts, never sloppy, never wobbly, never slurred speech (too bad), never couldn't be somewhat normal. Effects people so differently. I'm not a big drinker except for golf and casino's and fishing.

I have a buddy I've known for 33 years, we drank at young age, like end of 7th grade on, he's been drinking ever since. He graduated from Harvard and Booth for MBA, all along while being functional semi-alcoholic. He drinks 4 night a week, been that way for a long time. I don't think he has suffered professionally as he has had great employment and consistent at 3 places since he was 22. He has had one DUI. I'm sure it has effected personal relationships.

He is beyond a functional drinker, he has his sh** together, but, he is the worst drunk ever. He'll go from crying to singing to wanting to hug you to wanting to talk sh** to calm and quiet and back around the spectrum all over the place. I've always wondered how after many many many years of practice and heavy drinking, how he isn't a better drunk........?

Sadly, back when i partied there were many nights i drove a chick home with me from the bar or club where i had to close my left eye to be able to see straight...never got s DUI from it or in an accident, thankfully...i could close only my left eye and be able to see clearly, and they couldnt see my left eye since i was driving. So stupid...and stupid of them to ever get in a truck with a guy who had been drinking double fisted all night...

Ras i hate your avi bro. Like to punch dude in the mouth. This guy who allegedly choked his gf will get a lawyer and 6 figures...then she will be blowing up his phone . I have seen far more men assaulted by women than the opposite in my lifetime. It is never ok to hit a girl, ever in my book. Lots of girls dont hesitate to hit a guy though, and thats not ok either.

My gawd... 8 cops and 22 minutes wasted over a guy picking up trash. Cop could have ended it all in 3 minutes if he had common sense.
