2020 Presidential Race

Laugh all you want, that comment is true.

Oh wait, it's different because it's against a Democratic candidate. Kind of like how the media forgot all about the Lieutenant Governor in Virginia being accused of sexual assault. Forgot the whole thing because if their racist Governor and Attorney General along with the Lieutenant Governor were to resign, Republicans would hold that State.

I take it you believed the allegations made against Kavanaugh.
Maybe.

I’ve seen nothing to outright prove it didn’t happen.

Moreover, I think the bar for “elected to the Supreme Court” should be higher than what it proved to be throughout that entire ordeal.

Considering how strong the economy is, his approval ratings should be in the 54-57% range (where Obama was when he left office). Trump is showing a low ceiling because of his personality and character. He has made no attempts to expand his base. Everything is a partisan fight.
Can you imagine if barry had around the clock bashing by every newspaper, all but one news network and every late night show, what his ratings would be? Or can you imagine if Trump had fair media coverage what his ratings would be?

The people (not me) liked barry as a person but hated his policies.

So no proof of an incident means no proof it did or didnt happen to you? Brilliant!

You still on the fence with Santa claus?

So you don’t think every liberal lawyer looking for popularity , every liberal women looking for a payday , every liberal activist , every liberal political aide , every liberal politician , all the liberal media , and the FBI wasn’t a high enough bar for you ? SMH.

This says much about your logic

More to the point - there’s plenty of evidence to support CBF’s side of things.

It was always going to be her word vs. his. She was not seeking to bring criminal charges against him. Instead, she wrote privately to the White House to notify them of the issue and to recommend they nominate someone else - they did not - then she was compelled to testify publicly.

All in all, I think the bar should be higher for the Supreme Court, Hell, for any of our elected officials. We should be able to find good candidates who don’t have these *credible* accusations levied against them.

There were plenty of other *more conservative* candidates Trump could have selected to nominate.

“Credible”? From my recollection she was not even sure it was him.As you said it was he vs she said. Why is he assumed the liar?

Since when is the standard "prove you didn't do it"?

How much higher should the bar be? There was zero evidence, zero corroborating witnesses and the accuser couldn't even remember when and where.

Face it, you are just applying a double standard because the mayor is on your team.

It's a good thing our nation was founded on the principle of "innocent until proven guilty."

Of course, that's not been the case as of late.

There was zero evidence to support her claims if you arent thinking emotionally and use logic instead.
