Very helpful. That is what i am doing now - just not seeing a lot of the results. In short, once your dietary needs are met, more “clean” food doesn’t give more benefits.
If your bulk is controlled, you are storing very little calories in your body ~1,000-1,500 per week maybe, depending on your rate of weight gain target.
So, I build my bulking diet around whole nutritious foods that meet my vitamin and mineral needs. At this point, I have room for easily consumed food, maybe 20% of my diet. Snickers, ice cream, Reese’s, etc.
I can run this to a smaller degree even when I diet. I’m about 8.5% body fat right now and had half a pizza and a bit of ice cream tonight. Much less room for error though because the minimal food I’m eating most days is difficult to hit basic nutrition needs.
It's the Raiders. I am sure that they think they do, but I am betting they don't.Not sure about Ferrell at this point, has the size and production. Played on a stellar line and lead them in every category. Can't find what his 40 time is so who knows how fast he is, maybe the Raiders know something we don't.
Never know what people will do but you have to think that Clemson has become "home" equal to Bama at this point.I think it means that Bama would have to pay a buyout of $2 million more than any other team.
Obviously Bama is the only team they are worried about him leaving Clemson for.

Had a cutting phase from mid Jan to March 1. Then when into a building phase until now and i haven't been able to put on any weight. I am getting stronger - lifting more, but not getting the mass I was looking for.
Really don’t see him ever leaving Clemson. Even if Bama comes calling Clemson is his legacy.
