I would love for HBO to pick up Steven Brust's Jhereg series. One of the coolest scifi/fantasy series I have ever read.

That's fascinating. I'd be interested to know if the brothers had significantly different SVJs, as I've hard that's hard to improve.

So that makes you wonder, is it hard to train power and speed, or do college S&C staff just not know how to do it? Or maybe the college athletes come in having already trained for power and speed through practicing their sport and strength is just severely under trained when they arrive on campus as it's better built with weight lifting?

The training is geared towards it. That’s what the Olympic lifting, plyometrics, resistance bands, and agility drills do.

I’ll admit, I have no idea how long fiber type conversion takes.

Also, the athletes that are recruited for skill positions are genetically predisposed to higher quick twitch fibers, so there is a “natural selection” when it comes to athletes

Made it through the entire 1st Avengers but only part of the 1st raccoon and Batista movie.
