Now you've got to worry about cholesterol etc. Fast food is baaad for you. Eat clean.

Grilled chicken, salad. I could literally eat that for every single meal. Everyday. it kills my wife.

Unfortunately she likes to bust out the ice cream and pies.

Yea, those kinds of food get old for me after a while. I have been running for quite a few years now but not losing weight. I probably need to lose about 10-15 pounds. My doctor just recommended doing keto 2 days a week. Said I would lose weight and not have to do it full time.

Lineup change coming to The Sports Animal on May 1st. It’ll be Tyler and Will in the morning and Heather and Josh in the midday. Personally I enjoyed Josh and Will together. Heather and Tyler were kind of meh anyways.

Just killed my appetite for the Sports Animal. What a mess. I'll still listen to Ainge/Rice occasionally, but that's it.

i never had one for it tbh. i listen to ainge sporadically. but i don't know if there's any other radio personalities i like less than Will, Rice and Ward.

Do you find any supplements worth it?

It’s individual based on response and diet

Creatine, if you are a responder. Even if not, it has cognitive benefits. Almost everyone needs Vitamin D. Strength trainees are typically deficient in Magnesium, but avoid Magnesium oxide as it’s poorly absorbed

I take a quality fish oil, which there is conflicting research on, but I’m onboard for now.

Pre-workouts are typically underdosed for making an actual difference in performance with the exception of caffeine which is overdosed. They add niacin and beta alanine to give you tingly feelings but beta alanine is always underdosed and needs to be taken everyday for weeks to see a benefit. You can save a crap ton by purchasing caffeine tablets and cutting them in half, but most should avoid all caffeine for a week to reset tolerance, which is misery the first two days.

Your routine be all ☝🏻

I’m exceptionally detailed and obsessive. No one has any idea how natural it comes to me. It’s part of what makes me a good coach.

It’s extremely rare that I do this, but I brought a small scale and weighed my fish and chips and ribs tonight. Those are very easy to guess the wrong way and be 1,000 calories off, which I cannot afford right now

I've been Keto since the end of December. Dropped 20 pounds of fat I didn't realize I had. I can actually see all of my abs and the small muscles in my back. I do exercise everyday (power yoga in a 90+degree room) and exercise for a living (teach yoga at least once a day in that same hot room), drink at least 2 gallons of water plus electrolyte replenisher each day, plus meditation and 1 day lifting a week.

I was worried about my cholesterol since I had been on stations for a decade (hiperlipidemia). My lipid panel cam back better than ever. No more statins, auto-immune panel looks great, AND for the first time they are lowering my thyroid medication dosage.

Sugar is the devil

First I’ve seen it. Can’t say enough how media twists things and people who take heresay as truth without researching first fuel the rumor mills. He spent more time complimenting university, community, and Fulmer than anything related to UCLA. Unreal the negative reactions one misinterpreted quote brought. But PLEASE don’t take my word for it. WATCH. Thanks for posting.

First I’ve actually watched it as well. It’s a completely different narrative then the 144 character or less reporting we get today. Everything today is National Enquirer, short attention span reporting.

Had to do it man.

You can have moderate amounts of clear liquor, wine, etc. No good beer though, but you could drink piss maybe (bud select?).

The best choice of alcohol for keto are distilled spirits (whiskey, tequila, gin, etc....). They have basically zero net carbs, and the only thing you need to account for are calories, about 100 calories or so for a 1.5oz pour. For me personally, any other kinds of alcohols are strictly off limit. If you're on a strict keto regime where you're only taking in 25-50 grams of carbs a day, it's going to be pretty difficult to account for all the hidden carbs in your diet throughout the day, just to account for a single beer or glass of wine.

5 SEC East teams, oh my....
Playing along that the list is correct, then we would be right back to where we were several years ago.
The SEC beating the crap out of each other and knocking one another out of the rankings.

I want us to be good and the rest of the conference go to crap. Take the Clemson road to the playoffs.
