I happen to think most of it is mental. These guys can’t throw strikes anymore. They are terrified to throw over the plate.

I don’t know if that was instilled in them by the old pitching coach but it seems like the only thing that will fix it is cleaning house.

Tonight the Caps gave up a goal 17 seconds in, and then after finally clawing back to tie it up they gave up a second goal with about 15 seconds left in the 2nd period. Trying not to complain about it but damn
